How we use your information.

Your guide request

When you request the free blueprint, we collect your email address, your first name if you provide it, the resource requested, the request time, and the campaign information associated with the visit. We store the request in our customer relationship management system. We email the requested PDF link once, and the download is also shown immediately after a successful request.

Optional course follow-up emails

The form has a separate, optional checkbox for three follow-up emails about the $19 course. These emails are spaced approximately one day apart after the guide email. Requesting the guide does not require subscribing to course follow-ups. We record your choice and the consent wording. If you opt in, you can unsubscribe through links in each course follow-up or by contacting us. We stop sales follow-ups after a purchase or when your membership already includes the course.

Website and advertising measurement

Apteva Analytics measures page views and funnel interactions. Campaign parameters such as UTM tags and ad IDs help us understand how visitors find the guide and whether they later purchase a course. We preserve the first tagged visit in the browser session and pass campaign information to checkout. Email addresses and names are not placed in tracking URLs or sent in our browser analytics events.

Meta advertising measurement is optional. If you allow it, Meta's pixel can measure page views, successful guide requests, and visits to checkout. Meta may use cookies and receive the page URL and campaign information. Choosing “Only essential” keeps that advertising pixel off. You can change this choice through Tracking preferences.

Service providers

We use Apteva to host the site, store guide requests, and measure the funnel. Course accounts are managed in the Agentcademy community. Stripe processes payments. If you allow advertising measurement, Meta receives the related browser events. You do not need to buy a course to use the free guide.

Your choices and questions

You can request access, correction, deletion, or information about the data associated with your email address by writing to contact@agentcademy.com. We retain guide requests and consent records as needed to provide the requested services, maintain your choices, and meet applicable obligations.
